RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need to return or change your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns or changes are free within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
You can return the product in exchange for a different one or for a direct refund through the original payment method.

Please notice the following exceptions to our Return and Exchange policy:

• You can’t return or exchange discounted items
• You can't return same "order" twice (once you change it, and you receive the new one, you can't change it again) for size/color reasons. Less travels means more sustainability 
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wearing or use

To initiate the return or exchange process, complete the following steps:

• Access to our return online portal using your e-mail address and order ID
• Choose the items you want to return or exchange from your order
• Print the prepaid shipping label you will receive on your e-mail
• Send us the items using the label you received

Shipping costs in case of return or replacement are free of charge.

The refund is usually paid within 14 days of receiving the request.
